Conditions:

Minimum cleaning charge is $110 up to 3 rooms or 3 sitting positions.

Combined Lounge/Dining considered 2 rooms.  Additional rooms or seats steam cleaned at extra cost.

Separate prices apply to cleaning of leather, hand made rugs, Indian cotton upholstery and hard floor cleaning.

Commercial cleaning, carpet and fabric protection are at extra cost.

All major credit cards accepted.  Maximum area per room 13sqm.

All prices are GST inclusive.
